The International One Health Conference 2024 is scheduled to take place inAthens in October 2024.The conference will adopt a hybrid format, dedicating two days to the exchange and discussion of experiences related to systemic approaches within the One Health framework, as well as exploring vision for improving systemic management of both urban and natural resources.
The Conference aims to foster synergistic dialogues across various research disciplines and practical domains involving researchers, experts and students.
Central to the congress discussions will be The One Health conceptual framework and its potential contributions to enhancing urban resilience capacities.

About the conference
Since the 2021 The International One-Health Conference is gathering the prominent experts from institutions, academia, international organizations in health and environmental sectors to bring One-Health topics at the center of the scientific discussion.
In Catania in 2022, the conference has received more than 40 scientific contributions , involving at least 270 authors from all over the world and high level keynotes (from WHO, The Lancet Countdown, ISGlobal, ICLEI, CNR).
In the last edition in Barcelona the contributions have increase to more than 50 with a growing number of special guests from different institutions
A key feature of the conference has always been to foster the results at a policy level, producing Position Papers by the Scientific Committee that has been brought at ministerial and high level international venues like UNFCCC COP26 , COP27 and COP28
